Ferris Car Care Products (FCCP) was originally established in 1985 as a partnership, between Les Ferris, John Ferris and Terry Davidson, to deal with the manufacturing and distribution of professional detailing supplies and has become Queensland’s leading company in its field.
Les, John and Terry (Dave), with approximately 40 years of detailing experience between them, felt it was not sufficient to just provide a product and allow the client to muddle along with it. Our job is to be there with reliable service and good advice based on years of experience and research, and in some cases getting our hands dirty showing the customer how to use the products in a more effective manner. Who else in the industry can make that claim?
The family company, having grown steadily moved in 1989 to larger premises at Kedron successfully continued to provide quality products and service second to none. The retirement of Les Ferris and the ill health of Terry Davidson, saw the company sold to Paul Ferris and Melody Pintaric with John Ferris remaining as an adviser and the company remaining in the Ferris family.
Ferris has continued to grow under the management of Melody Pintaric and places even greater emphasis on maintaining standards of Quality and safety, ensuring all products are in accordance with prevailing regulations. From raw materials to production, to packaging, every single product has to undergo the most stringent developmental and quality testing. Only the very best goes to our clients.
The company obtains most of its raw chemical from within Australia, also importing products from Asia and USA. This goes into making the FCCP range of products encompassing over 200 chemicals and accessories which are supplied to all major Australian Car Dealerships, Used Vehicle sales and Professional Detailers.
Quality problems common in the industry have been minimised by ensuring that both the interests of our customers and suppliers are truly protected by the Ferris Car Care Products Quality Control Systems which strictly complies with AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994 standard and is further enhanced by excellent materials handling and storage. Storage is carried out with full compliance of Local, State and Federal regulations. Products are clearly identified with labels which conform to both traceability and legislative requirements.

Our sales representatives team concentrates on servicing the South-East corner of Queensland from Brisbane to Toowoomba to the Gold Coast. We have distributors throughout Queensland, Sunshine Coast, Gladstone, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns. Free delivery – weekly, fortnightly, monthly calls – which ever suits the customer.
